Join us for a two day training and workshop, December 6^th & 7^th at the Westchester Marriot – Tarrytown that will provide information, tools, and resources to support and assist FQHCs in meeting their workforce needs. 

Topics include: developing and implementing workforce recruitment and retention programs; hiring for success; utilization of state and federal loan repayment programs; effective performance management; provider compensation and incentive models; and preparing the FQHC workforce for health system transformation, team-based care, and value-based payment.
