CHCANYS is the voice for community-based primary care in New York, representing more than 70 federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) that operate nearly 800 individual sites in every region of the state, serving more than 2.2 million patients annually. CHCANYS offers a wide range of services to its members, including advocacy and policy analysis, training and education, clinical quality initiatives, workforce development, and health information technology.
