Liliana joined CHCANYS in November 2014, as a Director of Primary Care Workforce Initiatives, she is responsible for current workforce development program as well as develop, implement and direct new initiatives to build recruitment and retention of primary care providers and to build primary care teaching opportunities in federally qualified health centers.
She brings with her a wealth of on-the-ground experience in the FQHC world. Most recently as a Site Director for Morris Heights Health Center. Previously, she spent over five years at Community Healthcare Network, where she rose through the ranks from Manager of their Disease Management Program to Women’s Health Manager to Center Director for their Williamsburg site.
Liliana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Rhetoric, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Public Health, both from SUNY Binghamton.
