Jonathan joined CHCANYS in February 2016. In his position as Health Center Support Program Coordinator, Jonathan’s primary focus is the AmeriCorps program. He is responsible for the recruiting, training and supervising of AmeriCorps members. He also assists with other Health Center Support projects.
Jonathan served as an AmeriCorps member through CHCANYS in 2012-2013. After his year of service, he was hired at his host FQHC in New York City. Following his work at the health center, he worked at New York City’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in a health education research study.
Jonathan received a B.A in Psychology and History from the University of California Berkeley in 2008. He earned a Master’s degree in Economic History and Economic Development from the University of Barcelona, Spain in 2011.
