As Clinical Quality Improvement Project Manager, Cole facilitates training and technical assistance for CHCANYS members through the NYS-Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) project. Prior to joining CHCANYS, Cole led electronic health record software implementation projects, working with clinical and administrative health center staff to redesign workflows, coordinate testing and training efforts, and provide technical and reporting assistance.
Cole is currently pursuing an MHA in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. Cole is an NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Certified Content Expert and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Grinnell College.
