Mercy Mbogori

Clinical Quality Improvement Project Manager

Mercy joined the CHCANYS CQI team in June 2015. She has the primary responsibility of facilitating key QI projects and lead clinical and quality improvement activities at community health centers statewide.

Prior to joining CHCANYS, Mercy worked at Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan in Albany, NY where she focused on Quality Enhancement and Population Health Management.  In her role as a Quality Enhancement Community Coordinator, Mercy collaborated with FQHCs, NYSDOH, enhanced primary care provider offices, local community agencies and employer groups on quality initiatives to identify and address opportunities for improvement in both preventive and chronic conditions. She earned her MPA from the State University of New York at Albany’s Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy.
