Diane provides clinical leadership and oversight of CHCANYS statewide clinical quality improvement initiatives, supporting New York FQHCs to achieve the Triple Aim through data driven transformation of care at the patient, provider, organizational and community levels.
Diane is a pediatrician, and previously worked at Harlem Hospital Center, where she was the Director of the Pediatric Residency Program and an academic clinician. She is a graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, completed her pediatric residency training at Johns Hopkins Hospital and has an MPH degree from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
