Federal Resources
Health Center Site Visit Protocol The Health Center Program Site Visit Protocol (SVP) is the tool for assessing compliance with Health Center Program requirements during OSVs. The SVP is designed to provide HRSA the information necessary to perform its oversight responsibilities using a standard and transparent methodology that aligns with the Compliance Manual. Policy Information Notices (PINS) and Policy Assistance Letters (PALS) In addition to the Compliance Manual, the Bureau of Primary Health Care has issued both PINs and PALs. Policy Information Notices (PINs) define and clarify policies and procedures that grantees funded under Section 330 must follow. Program Assistance Letters (PALs) summarize and explain items of significance for health centers, including, for example, HRSA program implementation activities, recently enacted laws, final regulations, and/or new HHS initiatives. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Federal Poverty Guidelines The Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) are issued each year in the Federal register by HHS and are often used for determining financial eligibility for certain federal programs. To access this information, click here.
