This symposium will provide a forum for stimulating, provocative, cross-sector panel and workshop discussions that will serve as a catalyst for continued collaboration to eliminate disparities and promote social, economic and health equity. The keynote address, “Population Health: Moving Towards Health Equity,” will be presented by Michelle S. Davis, Ph.D., Regional Health Administrator, HRSA Region II.
