This webinar will feature “Vision Voice,” a short film produced by Mount Sinai Diabetes Center that showcases the daily lives of three Hispanics/Latinas in Harlem who are living with diabetic eye disease and underscores the importance of maintaining eye health.

Participants in this webinar will:

• learn more about diabetic eye disease and its impact on at-risk communities
• discover how the film is being used to help address health disparities and make a difference in the community
• get information about tools and resources available from NEHEP to help build awareness about diabetic eye disease
