Recent years have seen unprecedented enforcement by regulatory agencies, including the NYS Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG). It has become clear that outpatient behavioral health providers are particular targets for enforcement actions. In this rapidly changing environment, it is more important than ever to ensure your agency’s compliance program is active and effective. The Institute for Family Health would like to present this webinar as one health center’s response to this need.
