Hear from one health center that used The Guide to Community Preventative Services, or “The Community Guide,” to improve their patients’ cancer screening rates.  Developed to complement the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommendations, “The Community Guide” is a web-based resource that includes recommendations on evidence-based interventions to improve community health. “The Community Guide” can be used by health centers to develop evidence-based systems of population management, support care planning and coordination, and build partnerships with public health agencies and community resources.  Click here to register.
