This webinar will provide an overview of evidence based interventions that support the goals of the Prevention Agenda and how they can be included in Community Health Improvement Plans and Community Service Plans. These strategies include increasing community demand for cancer screening and increasing access to cancer screening by reducing structural barriers. The Prevention Agenda 2013-17 is the blueprint for state and local action to improve the health of New Yorkers in five priority areas and to reduce health disparities for racial, ethnic, disability, socioeconomic and other groups who experience them.
