Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy:
- Registration is firm upon receipt of payment.
- No cancellations allowed and NO SHOWS will not be refunded.
- Substitutions are allowed and must be e-mailed to rherreros@chcanys.org no later than September 30th.
- If paying by check, you will be invoiced upon registration. Invoice must be paid immediately upon receipt.
New! Please note: A two-night stay (Sunday, October 27 and Monday, October 28) is highly recommended as conference sessions begin on the afternoon of October 27.
