This webinar will provide community health centers with an overview of currently available LARC (long acting reversible contraception) options, clinical considerations for use and patient management, and best practice tips for counseling, and will include practical information on ordering and stocking supplies, clinical documentation, billing and coding, insurance reimbursement and appointment scheduling.
Presenter: Dr. Sara Baird is a board certified family physician with a clinical practice at the Institute for Family Health’s Harlem Health Center and Faculty of the Institute for Family Health’s Harlem Residency in Family Medicine. Dr. Baird trained in family at Swedish First Hill Family Medicine Residency in Seattle and is completing a one-year clinical fellowship in reproductive health at the Institute for Family Health.
