• Webinar #1 – July 9, 2pm-3pm – Introduction to human factors and EHR usability concepts and its relation to clinician burnout and patient safety. Methods for identifying such issues will be discussed.
• Webinar #2 – July 16, 2pm-3pm - Techniques and tools that FQHCs can use to address EHR usability issues within health center capacity. Different case scenarios will be reviewed.
