QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

CHCANYS and HealthEfficient are excited to provide our members with the National Committee on Quality Assurance's Patient-Centered Medical Home 2017 Standards Training. The training will be conducted in person by the NCQA’s own expert staff members. Additionally, information about New York state-specific PCMH-NYS standards will be included.  This 2½ -day training is being offered to New York State FQHCs and/or HealthEfficient members only at a greatly reduced cost of $100 per person.  Similar training administered by NCQA normally costs $2000. 

This training is essential to understanding all the components of the new PCMH 2017 standards and earning the official NCQA PCMH “Certified Content Expert” designation. For those who do not intend to pursue certification, the training is extremely valuable for implementing PCMH and earning PCMH 2017 recognition. Please note: there are no refunds permitted, but substitutions are allowed. This is an “all-weather event.” All registrations are subject to approval.
