Save the date for Community Healthcare Network’s 4^th Annual Transgender Health Conference. The Conference Planning Committee is currently recruiting providers of transgender health services to join the conversation by submitting innovative abstract proposals for consideration. Proposals will convene sessions in the form of workshops (one-hour, in-depth presentation on a topic relevant to one of the conference tracks).

Registration opens August 1^st, 2014 on the Community Healthcare Network website.
