Federal guidelines urge the inclusion of Incident Command System in the health center emergency planning process. This 90-minute webinar will describe the history, features and principles, and organizational structure of ICS. It will also explain the relationship between ICS, the National Incident Management System (NIMS), and the Citywide Incident Management System (CIMS). Attendees will be provided with a certificate of completion.
Target Audience: Staff designated to fulfill ICS roles (i.e. emergency manager, administration, department heads) should complete this course, though additional participants may include:
