Course Description
This course will concentrate on the role that senior leadership and the board of directors can play in supporting a robust emergency management program at primary care centers.  An emphasis will be placed on how senior leadership can ensure legal and regulatory compliance by supporting the emergency management program.

Course Objectives:

• Establishing the emergency management program
• Review the regulatory and legal requirements for such activities
• Forming effective partnerships with community stakeholders
