Effective Risk Communication for Primary Care Centers and PCEPN Members.
Course Description This course will demonstrate how key representatives from primary care centers can best communicate with the public and other officials during emergency situations or times of uncertainty. It will underscore the importance of internal and external messaging and how primary care centers can simultaneously use messaging to mobilize staff, protect people and deliver communications that impart critical information in a way that is appropriate for the situation.
Because PCEPN will provide a certificate of attendance upon completion of an online evaluation of the course, it is important for attendees to register individually. If you have any questions regarding this course or any other PCEPN activities, please do not hesitate in contacting us at info@pcepn.org or 914-227-2376.
