Course Description
This course will demonstrate how key representatives from primary care centers can best communicate with the public and other officials during emergency situations or times of uncertainty. It will underscore the importance of internal and external messaging and how primary care centers can simultaneously use messaging to mobilize staff, protect people and deliver communications that impart critical information in a way that is appropriate for the situation.
