Webinar: Highly Infectious Disease Exercise Planning Tools

The National Ebola Training and Education Center (NETEC) and ASPR’s Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (ASPR TRACIE) will partner to present this webinar featuring jurisdictions with first-hand experience in developing special pathogen exercise materials and executing related exercises. Speakers will share an overview of the suite of free, fully customizable, ASPR- and CDC-approved, Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP)-compliant exercise materials NETEC has developed and how they support Ebola-specific Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) measures. These tools range from discussion-based exercise templates to drill, functional, and full-scale exercise templates HPP end users can use to develop special pathogen drills and exercises. The speakers will also share exercise planning and execution tips as well as field questions from webinar participants.
