New York State Hepatitis C Demonstration Project Informational/Recruitment Webinar
CHCANYS is pleased to announce that it received funding from Health Research Inc. (HRI) for the first year of a two year collaborative Hepatitis C (HepC) demonstration project in partnership with NYSDOH AIDS Institute, NYCDOHMH – Office of Viral Hepatitis Coordination and the Harm Reduction Coalition. The objective of this project is to improve prevention, screening and treatment of Hepatitis C within the FQHC model. One site will be selected from each of the following New York State regions: Western; Finger Lakes; Central; North Country; Capitol District; Hudson Valley; and Downstate.
CHCANYS will hold an informational/recruitment webinar on Thursday, June 28th, 2012 to introduce the project and answer questions about eligibility and the logistics. The log-on information is listed below.
