CHCANYS is delighted to announce an upcoming webinar about New York State’s Medicaid Patient-Centered Medical Home program and FQHC-specific concerns, presented by experts from the New York State Department of Health.  The Patient-Centered Medical Home Program will provide enhanced Medicaid payments to health centers certified by the Commissioner of Health as medical homes. The Department of Health will use NCQA's three levels of Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition. For more information, click here to read DOH's special Medicaid Update.
