The Clinical Leadership Forum provides a retreat-like setting for interdisciplinary learning among Medical Directors, Site Directors, clinicians and administrators in primary care including nurses, dentists, social workers, mid-level practitioners and health center CEOs and administrators throughout the state.
CHCANYS applies for CME credit from the American Academy of Family Physicians.
