This webinar will address the importance of establishing and maintaining compliant health center leadership. Participants will explore the HRSA requirements related to various aspects of leadership, from the health center’s governing Board of Directors to its management team and finally its clinical staff. The latter discussion will examine the legal requirements for credentialing and privileging to help ensure a clinical staff that is appropriately qualified to provide high quality services.
