CHCANYS will partner with the HRSA Bureau of Primary Care HITEQ Center to host this webinar on reporting enabling services in the Uniform Data System (UDS). Recognizing the significant amount of health center effort and resources dedicated to the delivery of enabling services (i.e. case management, patient education), we want to provide information that supports health centers in capturing these services consistently and accurately. The webinar will provide clarification on the definition of reportable enabling services and describe how the tracking and reporting of these services supports ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
