Dorothy Kartashevich Consumer Award Named in honor of Dorothy Kartashevich, a Sunset Park Health Center Network board member from 1987 to 1990 and a CHCANYS board member from 1984 to 1988, the award will be given to a consumer board member who, for at least three years, has worked tirelessly on his or her center's behalf. This award recognizes that the backbone of the community health movement are the consumer-run boards that guide individual FQHCs. Nominate someone here. Nominations due February 4, 2019.
