The Grants Director supports the mission of Union Community Health Center (UCHC) in accordance and in full compliance with its HRSA 330 designation (FQHC). The focus of this position is to maximize obtaining all federal, state, and local funding opportunities relevant to Scope of Services and/or in search of new program funding. Also this position regularly seeks out private funding opportunities. 

The Grants director is responsible for researching, conceptualizing, developing, submitting, tracking, and facilitating the implementation of projects related to professional grant development. In addition, is responsible for all updates and regulatory requirements utilizing HRSA's Electronic Handbook. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
