The Clinical Data Analyst/IT Director will assist and support BCHN with performing operational and clinical report builds. The Analyst/Director is responsible for working with BCHN and Montefiore and Promesa  to understand and deliver reporting needs. The Analyst will work closely with MMG in understanding and replicating MMGs data and reporting process.   The Senior Clinical Analyst will work hand in hand with the BCHN Chief Medical Officer.  In addition, the Senior Clinical Analyst will assist with presentation of data required for BCHN initiatives and program evaluation.  This position will use databases, analytic tools, electronic health record, and other reporting systems to provide reports and analytics. The Analyst/Director will provide support for data integrity and data validation in the production of data that drives operations, clinical, programs and financial queries.

Product Management:  Subject matter expert on all solution-related deliverables, tasks, activities and development of integration toolsets and practices; provide expert guidance to the team on best practices, standardization and documentation.  Provide guidelines to ensure consistent user experiences; review and contribute to product release documentation. 

Client/Stakeholder Management:  Understand customer requirements and impact of system issues; meet with clients regularly and establish priorities by working with clients and end-users; Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality customer support.  Establish dashboard.

Issue Management:  Identify production system issues; triage issues; conduct detailed impact analysis, root cause analysis, and downstream effects of modifications.  Determine most effective way to operationalize fixes.

Project Management:  Manage and organize projects with an end result orientation, including all project phases/tasks as applicable to the project size.  Coordinate with responsible parties for implementation as well as other product managers involved in multi-disciplinary efforts.

Solution Management:  Control and monitor all solution tasks, activities, deliverables and trend analysis required to ensure BCHN receives timely and accurate data.  Understand the utilization of information system resources and plans, designs and implements information systems and technologies for assigned area(s) of responsibility (Clinical/QI/Evaluation, Finance/UDS, Programs & Grants and Administration).  Understands regulatory and grant reporting requirements.
