Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive case managed primary care services in an ambulatory care setting. Contributes to quality assurance, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functions.
Qualifications: Graduate of approved medical school. Completion of approved residency. New York State License. DEA Registration. Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of principles and practices of medicine. Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct comprehensive treatment plans. Experience in public health preferred. Ability to work every Saturday.
