Open Door Family Medical Centers, the leading Community Health Center in the lower Hudson Valley, is seeking full-time, bi-lingual English-Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Workers for our various sites in Westchester/Putnam Counties. 

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work closely with the primary health care team to provide integrated behavioral health care to improve the patients’ medical outcomes. The licensed clinician will possess excellent clinical skills, provide short term Behavioral Health care using evidenced-based treatment models with adults, children, and families, and establish and implement clinical treatment goals in collaboration with the integrated health care team.
