Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring operations are functioning in a cost-effective, patient centered, quality-driven manner according to SCHC’s mission, strategic plan, and established policies and procedures. A primary responsibility is to promote and ensure a positive patient experience. Responsible for day-to-day operations, including Patient Experience, Patient Flow and Appointment Scheduling.
Master’s Degree in Business/Health Administration, or related field. 5-7 years of managerial experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Demonstrated experience with patient work flows, data retrieval, statistics, forms design and quality improvement techniques. Ability to work independently and provide education and resources to the organization.
