Hudson River HealthCare, a not-for-profit, nationally recognized, Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking General Dentists for its locations in Dutchess County/Hudson Valley and Suffolk County/Long Island. We currently have 2 Full Time vacancies, one at our office in Poughkeepsie (Hudson Valley) and one at our office in Patchogue (Long Island).

Our mission is to increase access to comprehensive primary and preventive health care and to improve the health status of our communities, especially for the underserved and vulnerable.

We are interested in candidates who have the clinical and people skills to make our patients smile after receiving gentle, compassionate, and meticulous care from their dentist.

Position Description: Hours available: FT: 35 hours/week (5 days including some evenings and Saturdays)

Minimum Licensure/Certification/ Registration Requirement: DDS or DMD from an ADA approved dental school

Must have a New York State License along with completion of a GPR/AEGD ADA accredited dental residency. Must be able to communicate well in English to patients and staff. Must be proficient in general dentistry. Must be proficient in computer skills including typing on keyboard, use of mouse, email, and dental software.
