MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER/SOCIAL WORKER (Full time)

Responsibilities: Provide mental health counseling services and psychosocial support and case management services to children and families of children enrolled in schools served by the School Health Program as well as other patients and clients of the East Harlem Council for Human Services, Inc. (Council) and Boriken Neighborhood Health Center (Boriken). Contribute to performance improvement, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functions.

Qualifications: Licensed in the State of New York as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Minimum of 2 year experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Experience working with children and families, including families at risk.
