Intensive patient care and establish a family partnership whenever possible to ensure the needs of the patients are met on an ongoing basis
Consult with appropriate medical specialist when necessary; refer patient to subspecialists when indicated
Ensure performance improvement initiatives are supported with timely and accurate data and consistent actions
Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Medical degree from a medical college approved by the American Medical Association
Completed internship and residency training from an approved medical facility
Two or more years of experience as a Family Practitioner is preferred
Board certified or board eligible by specialty board
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Focused on collaborative team-based care
Comfortable working in a high accountability environment; receiving and providing constructive feedback
Passionate about providing high quality care to low-income, underserved residents and those lacking access to health care
