Family Practice Physician for a thriving Community Health Center located on Wards Island, NY.

Physician will be responsible for the provision of medical care in a community health center which is recognized as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home and which is an Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Center. Physician will provide health services to individuals of all ages.

 This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

• We require a valid NYS license, DEA certificate, life support certificate; board certified in Family Medicine a plus.
