Position Description:
OUTREACH WORKER
(Full Time or Part Time)
Responsibilities: Provide educational outreach, preventive and referral services to all patients/clients of the Council.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, NYS Driver’s License, 2 years of experience in health education and outreach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable. Flexible schedule. Quick Learner. Bilingual Spanish/English required.
Compensation Type: Hourly
