Under the direction of the Medical Director, the LPN will receive supervision from the Associate Medical Director and will be responsible for:

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make medical necessity coverage determinations for outpatient care;

• Serve as clinical liaison and assist providers as needed;
• Collaborate with management to sustain effective operations, track performance standards and provide education on clinical protocols as necessary;
• Organize and generate reports as necessary;
• Administration of vaccines and other injectables;
• Ensure that the clinic is in compliance with clinical policies and procedures;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• New York State Nursing license required;
• One (1) plus years experience in an outpatient setting preferred;
• Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese) a plus;
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, supervise, train and work respectfully and effectively with a culturally diverse clinic staff;
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills;
• Must be assertive, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Basic computer proficiency.
