CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (Full time)

Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer of the Health Center, designs, implements, coordinates and evaluates systems and procedures relating to financial administration, accounting and business officer management; plans directs and manages various components of financial affairs required to properly account and record operations of the East Harlem Council for Human Services, Inc. Supervision of the staff in Fiscal, Personnel and Data Processing Departments, prepares monthly reports to Board of Director on the fiscal operations. Prepare monthly productivity reports for review and discussion with the Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director, review and analysis of monthly income statement and balance sheets, correspondence with Federal, State and local officials to resolve tax issues, monitors and maintains telecommunication system, analysis and evaluation of Management Information System to determine functionally.

Qualifications: Masters’s Degree in Business or Finance, plus eight (8) years of experience in fiscal management or administration related to a hospital, medical center or health facility.
