Hudson Valley Regional Community Health Centers is a new start-up FQHC with a subrecipient agreement with Hudson River HealthCare and a MSA with Solution 4 Community Health for hosting eCW and billing. The new position of Business Manager reports to the CFO and ensures that Management and Board of Directors receive timely and reliable financial information. Safeguards the assets of Hudson Valley Regional Community Health Centers by establishing adequate internal controls. Oversees area of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budget, Purchasing and Payroll. Coordinates the development of the Health Center's annual budgets. Interviews, hires, evaluates, supervises and disciplines staff in the Finance Department to ensure effective and efficient performance of accounting activities. Manages and monitors cash flow and projects revenue to ensure the availability of funds for smooth operations. Coordinates necessary activities with outside accounting firms for annual audits. Prepares required financial reporting to include UDS, CFR and Medicare Cost Reports. Provides assistance to the Chief Financial Officer as requested to execute special projects. Degree in Accounting or Business Management required. Experience in FQHC financial management preferred.
