The Performance Improvement/Evaluation Specialist will support BCHN health initiatives by analyzing and compiling data from multiple systems and presenting the analysis in a meaningful format. The analysis will cover many areas of health care data including clinical, programs and financial. The Specialist is required to have an understanding of public health analytics, and an understanding of clinical and community‐based data systems and measures. This position will use databases, analytic tools, electronic health record, and other reporting systems to provide reports and analytics. The Specialist will provide support for data integrity and data validation in the production of data that drives operations, clinical, programs and financial queries. Conduct research and literature reviews on topics related to service models, program evaluation and evidence‐based practices. Identify opportunities and avenues to best monitor and track programs and quality improvement initiatives. Provide relevant training and coaching to leadership team, as needed. Performs appropriate analysis on data forecasting and modeling for risk scores in support of Value Based Programs.

Qualififcations:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in health science, public health or equivalent expereince. Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in public health and evaluation, data analysis, quality improvement/assurance, or related field. Relevant information conducting program evaluation. Proficiency with relevant software databases (SPSS, Access, RedCap,Excel) and query tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
