Responsible for the administration and management of MHHC’s clinical practice to ensure compliance and adherence to the rules and regulations of NYSDOH, Joint Commission, CMS conditions of participation and other relevant city, state and federal regulatory agencies. Works collaboratively with the SVP Chief Medical Officer to develop, monitor and implement with the clinical departments, quality improvement and outcome measures. This position is accountable for direct oversight of all Nursing staff in the organization to assess and ensure competency and clinical skills; organizes effective coordination of in-service education for RNs, LPNs and Medical Assistants; oversees the call center and medical referral system. 10 years of executive management and administrative experience in a complex healthcare organization, including hospital or large multi-site physician practice.

Master’s Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration or Clinical Field
Knowledgeable of applicable regulations including Joint Commission, HRSA, OSHA, HIPAA, etc. In-depth knowledge of ambulatory care operations, corporate management, financial management systems including budgeting, reimbursement and strategic management.
