HRSA’s 2017 Quality Improvement Awards recently recognized sixty-one FQHCs in New York State with awards totaling $6.4 million. The funds are based on performance on the 2016 Uniform Data Systems reports that FQHCs submit to the funding agency. As described in HRSA’s announcement, the funds are intended to support continued FQHC quality improvement efforts across eight categories. Forty NY State centers received awards in at least four categories.
