The Uniform Data System (UDS) report is due February 15, 2017. All grantees of BPHC-administered Section 330 primary care programs, including Community Health Centers, Migrant Health Centers, Health Care for the Homeless and Public Housing Primary Care, are required under the terms of their grant to report UDS data, which then are analyzed by HRSA to ensure compliance with legislative mandates, report program accomplishments, and justify budget requests to the U.S. Congress. The UDS also helps HRSA to identify trends and establish or expand targeted programs and identify effective services and interventions to improve access to primary health care for vulnerable populations. CHCANYS uses the data to support its work on behalf of FQHCs. To assist health centers in submitting these reports, CHCANYS has compiled additional information and resources here. The UDS HelpLine is available Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. by dialing 1-866-UDS-HELP or e-mailing UDSHelp330@bphcdata.net.
