The Office of Pharmacy Affairs has alerted CHCANYS that a large number of New York FQHCs have not yet completed the 340B recertification process. It is critically important that health centers complete this annual recertification for each of their sites if they want to continue to participate in the 340B drug discount program. Those who do not recertify by March 14, 2014 will be dropped from the 340B program and will have to reapply to participate.
