A new report by the United Hospital Fund (UHF), published on July 2 with support from the New York State Health Foundation, provides a detailed analysis of existing health plan provider networks for public and commercial coverage, and highlights new federal network requirements New York must administer for health plans offering coverage through its Health Benefit Exchange. The regions evaluated for the report were all found to have comprehensive health plan networks, with structures that have evolved differently.
