Wednesday, July 24: PFLAG Monthly Meeting Founded in 1972 with the simple act of a mother publicly supporting her gay son, PFLAG is the original ally organization that meets every fourth Wednesday of the month from 6:30 – 8 p.m. The organization is made up of parents, families, friends, and straight allies uniting with lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people committed to advancing equality through its mission, education and advocacy.
