CHCANYS Awarded HRSA Health Center Controlled Network Grant CHCANYS is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a 3-year HRSA grant to create the New York Statewide Health Center Controlled Network (NYS-HCCN). Thirty-three FQHCs throughout the State joined CHCANYS in this application which provides funding for technical assistance in implementation and use of EHRs, including Meaningful Use, Quality Improvement and Patient Centered Medical Home.
